Who we are

At Lasermark Ltd, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site and our email. In particular, we want you to know that Lasermark is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. In this Privacy Policy, we provide information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.
We may collect information such as your name, address, email or telephone number and other personal data necessary to fulfil your order.
We guarantee we will never reveal your personal or contact details to any third party without your prior consent, only when not to do so would be against the law.

Types of data we collect

When someone visits www.lasermarkltd.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We use a ‘cookie’ which is a small file that is placed on your computers hard drive for record keeping purposes. The use of cookies does not allow us to retrieve contact information or personal data that could identify individual customers. You may modify your browsers settings if you do not wish to accept cookies.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Bridget Samuels at info@lasermarkltd.co.uk
